How does Western Union work?
To send money
 |
Simply go to the nearest Western Union Agent
location and fill out the form, “To Send Money”,
or use our FlexiSend service. |

Present your completed form with the amount you are sending
plus the fee to the Agent. |

The Agent will enter the information
onto the computer (or fax the form to Fexco Pacific, who will
enter it into a computer). |

The Agent will give you a receipt
with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). |
 |
Telephone the recipient and relay the information required
to collect the money. |
Within minutes*, the money you sent will be available for payout
to your intended recipient at any Western Union Agent location worldwide.
To receive money

Fill out the form, “To Receive Money”, or use
our FlexiReceive service. Be sure to
include the sender’s name, country name and the amount
expected. |

Give the form and your proof of identification to the Western
Union Agent. |

The Western Union Agent will supply
the transfer money and receipt. |
*Funds generally available in minutes subject
to terms and conditions of service including Agent location hours

^In certain countries, the send money service is not available;
