Send money with Western Union from your bank account

With Fexco Pacific, you can send money with Western Union^® regularly without having to visit an Agent location! Simply deposit money into one of our bank accounts, give us the receiver's name, and we will transfer the money. (We cannot transfer the money until we receive your payment.)

This service is currently available in the following countries:

New Zealand

It's easy! First you have to register:

1. Do you have a Western Union^® Gold Card? If not, visit any Western Union Agent location, complete the form clearly, and Freepost it to Western Union.
2. Complete this registration form. Ensure you read the terms and conditions!
3. Bring your driver licence or passport and proof of your address (bank statement or utility bill, such as electricity, water or telephone) to a Fexco Pacific location.

Once your form is processed, you can transfer money at your convenience:

1. If you want to, you can call us to check the rate. You will, however, receive the rate at the time we process your transaction, not the rate at the time you call.
2. Deposit money into a Fexco Pacific bank account. Be sure to include your name, Western Union Gold Card number, and the receiver's name on your deposit. (It also helps if you deposit an amount that is likely to be unique, like $203.20 rather than $200.)
3. If we don't call you by 10am the next day, contact us by telephone, email or text message.
4. We will text you your MTCN, for you to pass to the receiver. The receiver collects the money from any Western Union agent location as usual.

You can even create an automatic payment into our bank account, and we will automatically send the money for you at the frequency you specify!
